Terms and conditions for gift vouchers:
- Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at the lodge for Accommodation, Activities, Permit Fees, Restaurant, Meals and Drinks, Online Shop, Tea Garden or Curio and Gift Shop.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date.
- Gift Vouchers can be used more than once until the balance is depleted.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and no change will be given in cash.
